- Order & contact data: name, delivery address, email, phone/WhatsApp number, and order details.
- Communication data: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and usage data collected automatically when you visit the store.
- Payment data: where online payment applies, this is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details ourselves.
Why we process it (legal bases)
- To fulfil your order — including shipping from Germany and import handling into the UAE (performance of a contract).
- To communicate with you about orders, questions and support (contract / legitimate interest).
- To comply with legal, tax and customs obligations (legal obligation).
- To improve our store and, where you consent, to send you updates (consent / legitimate interest).
Sharing your data
We share data only as needed to serve you: with DHL and the importer to deliver your order into the UAE and clear customs; with our payment provider once online payment is enabled; and with service providers who help us run the store. We do not sell your personal data. Because orders ship from Germany to the UAE, your delivery data is necessarily transferred between these countries for fulfilment.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction data for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Retention periods are detailed in order and invoice records for 5 years as required by UAE law; marketing consent data until you withdraw consent.
